Your experience with our practice will include:

Diagnosis and treatment by audiologists with over 50 years combined experience diagnosing hearing loss and dispensing hearing aids
Our audiologists will analyze all of your diagnostic testing, reports and recommend treatment. They will also fit you with the hearing aids, if hearing aids are appropriate for your condition.
A personal program
Our goal is to improve the quality of your life, not necessarily to sell you hearing instruments. To meet this goal, our audiologists will first conduct a thorough assessment of your hearing, lifestyle, desires and needs. After a careful diagnosis of your condition, they will recommend a personal program for you. Every program will include scheduled follow-up appointments, counseling and, if appropriate, therapy. A report will also be sent to your PCP or referring physician.
The setting of realistic expectations
Our Audiologists will thoroughly explain what you can realistically expect from your experience with our practice before you incur any cost with us for hearing instruments. We will strive to fulfill the expectations we establish with your help, and inform you of any incurred or anticipated costs.
No unnecessary products or services
After working with you to determine realistic goals for improving your condition, we will recommend only the services or products we believe are best suited to help you meet those goals. We will never sell a product or service to you for any other reason.
Post-fitting follow up
Our audiologists will not sell hearing instruments without scheduling follow-up visits with you. Personal follow-up between patient and hearing professional is necessary for success with hearing instruments. Also, we find that because hearing loss effects more than just the patient, family members, or a friend, if that’s the case, should be involved in the process as they usually benefit from the information discussed and usually provide helpful information to the audiologist.
